This is reported by European Pravda with reference to Wallace's words during the SkyNews broadcast.
During his speech, the British head of the Ministry of Defense said that the Russian Federation is failing in "many places" in Ukraine. According to Wallace, for this reason, President Putin may try to change the strategy.
"At the moment, the Russians are failing in many places on the front ... Putin's plans A, B and C have failed, and he can turn his attention to plan D", the British minister said.
