He told it "Espreso.TV" live on air.

"Dagestan is the record holder for the number of people killed on the territory of Ukraine and Dagestan rebelled. In fact, what is happening now is the beginning of the third final stage of the collapse of the Russian Empire. The first disintegration was in 1917, the second in 1991, now the third, final, which was launched by Putin", Yakovenko emphasized.

The Russian opposition leader also added that Putin has only such measures left as nuclear war, crazy mobilization, joining four Ukrainian regions to the Russian Federation.

"The occupied Ukrainian territories were annexed to Russia within the administrative boundaries, although none of these regions is completely occupied. They managed to survey several empty villages, but annexed the entire region, which was not under occupation at all," Yakovenko noted.
