Ukraine's Murakha ground drone capable of carrying loads up to 1 ton: details

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, most Ukrainian drone manufacturers have faced the fact that there were no terms of reference. There are no clearly defined parameters, sizes, or functional purpose of unmanned ground systems in Ukraine. Ihor Chaykivskyi said that manufacturers started creating robotic systems based on their own ideas. This has become a challenge for our manufacturers. This makes the task more complicated. The main goal was to create robotic systems similar to foreign models, but much cheaper to manufacture.

The founder of Robotic Complexes, Ihor Chaikivskyi, has provided details of the production of the Murakha ground drone. The drone was created from scratch from start to finish. It started in October 2022. The complex has now been tested in its third generation. However, the bulk of the technical specifications were laid down in the first sample. Now the complex is constantly being improved and developed.

The Murakha robotic ground system project is at the stage of small-scale production. The first systems are already being delivered to the front line and requests for improvements and corrections of parts are already being received from the military. As for funds, the first stages of production of the systems were financed from our own savings.

The company received grants from the government, but today the main resource is the company's own capital. The drone's main tasks are to be performed directly on the front line. The main function of the system is logistics. The system is a mobile, fairly powerful small vehicle for transportation. In particular, with a weight of 490 kg, the platform is capable of transporting cargo up to 1 ton.
