Russia attacks Donetsk region with Smerch MLRS, causing casualities
At least 1 person was killed and 3 wounded as a result of shelling by the Russian army in the Donetsk region on July 6
Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Vadym Filashkin reports.
The city of Ukrainsk in the Selydove community was targeted by the Russian Smerch multiple launch rocket systems. One person was killed and two others were injured, as stated by the head of the regional administration. Four two-story buildings and one private house were damaged during the attack.
Filashkin also stated that preliminary information indicated one more person was wounded in Pokrovsk, where an administrative building was damaged.
"Russian forces are targeting civilians in the Donetsk region every day. Don't make yourself a target! Evacuate promptly!" urged the head of the Donetsk region.

Military expert Vladyslav Selezniov believes that Russia will focus on full occupation of Donetsk region this summer, despite losses.
