Russian army attacks Odnorobivka village in Kharkiv region with artillery
On July 6, the Russian troops shelled the village of Odnorobivka in the Kharkiv region, killing a man and wounding his wife
The Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office and the regional police reported this.
According to the investigation, on July 6, at about 11:15 a.m., Russian servicemen shelled the village of Odnorobivka with artillery, killing a 47-year-old man who was in a household building at the time of the attack.
His wife was taken to the hospital with shrapnel wounds.
Investigators and explosive experts promptly arrived at the site of the Russian munition hit. Residential buildings were damaged as a result of the strikes.
The police seized fragments and remnants of ammunition to further identify the type of weapon used by the Russians to kill and injure civilians. Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the war crimes committed by Russian military personnel.
Under the procedural supervision of the Bohodukhiv District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation was initiated into the violation of the laws and customs of war combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
