Ukraine’s 24th Brigade reports on situation in Chasiv Yar

The 24th Brigade spoke about the situation in Chasiv Yar, Espreso reports.

In particular, the invading Russian forces are sending paratroopers, special forces and former prisoners from the Storm-V units to storm the city, attacking head-on and trying to outflank it.

"The invaders' resources are endless - the destroyed occupiers are being replaced by new ones. We need more firepower, more drones, more of your support," the statement says.

The most fierce fighting continues in the area of the Siverskyi Donets-Donbas canal. The Russian army is mercilessly destroying the city by all possible means, using a huge number of fpv drones and dropping bombs on the city's defenders.

"We are standing, but there are also losses in our ranks. Eternal glory to the fallen soldiers, sergeants and officers. We will take revenge. The battle for Chasiv Yar is ongoing, the soldiers are defending the city at the cost of titanic efforts," the soldiers added.

The Royal Brigade has been redeployed to Chasiv Yar to strengthen its defense

On Thursday, June 20, it became known that units of the 24th King Danylo Brigade were redeployed to strengthen the defense in the area of Chasiv Yar.

"The situation in and around the city is extremely difficult. The enemy is constantly organizing massive frontal assaults and trying to bypass the settlement from the north and south," the military wrote.

Later, soldiers of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, who were redeployed to the Chasiv Yar area in Donetsk region, showed how they stop the Russian forces.
