Russian border hospitals overcrowded with wounded soldiers — Achilles battalion commander on Kharkiv region offensive
Yuriy Fedorenko, commander of the Achilles UAV battalion of Ukraine’s 92nd separate assault brigade, stated that Russian troops lack success in the Kharkiv direction
He shared the information on Espreso TV.
"The fighting is highly intense. The enemy has a grouping and the necessary number of reserves to constantly conduct shock assault operations. After the Ukrainian Defense Forces have driven the Russians from their positions, the enemy is trying to counterattack. The enemy is suffering numerous losses in manpower and equipment," noted Fedorenko.
According to the commander of the Achilles UAV battalion, Russian troops are replenishing their losses using their reserves.
"In public, Russians complain that hospitals in Russia are overcrowded with wounded soldiers of the occupying forces. But they are replenishing these losses using their reserves. The enemy uses aviation, employing guided bombs of various weights. At the moment, they are doing it as intensively as possible. But everything has a beginning, and everything will come to an end, including enemy aircraft," noted Fedorenko.
The commander of the Achilles battalion also added that a number of Ukrainian brigades are operating in the Kharkiv region, holding the line, working in cooperation and support.
"We see the results when the enemy does not succeed in this section," emphasized Fedorenko.
