Kniazhytsky: "The idea that Putin will stop is absolutely wrong"
People's Deputy Mykola Kniazhytsky initiated a draft law banning any propaganda of Russian Nazism, and calling the Russian Federation a terrorist state, and Putin's regime - totalitarian and Nazi
The deputy of the European Solidarity party announced this on Facebook.
"The idea that Putin will stop is absolutely wrong. It dominated the West. If the weapons that are promised now were given immediately, there would be fewer victims in Ukraine, and more money in the West", the deputy emphasized.
Kniazhytsky added that the opinion of some deputies is also erroneous that if foreigners are removed from the supervisory boards of state-owned enterprises and institutions by cunning under the pretext of war, then you can start stealing again (for which the majority in the Rada voted on April 1). Such steps slow down Western support for the army and Ukrainians' faith in justice.
"The idea that it is possible to negotiate with Putin and not to annoy him, which has been leading among the majority of deputies for so long, is still squeezed out too slowly", the deputy emphasized.
According to Kniazhytsky, he initiated and, together with his colleagues, presented a draft law, which, among other things, calls Russia a terrorist state, and Putin's regime is totalitarian and Nazi. The law prohibits any propaganda of Russian Nazism and punishes it.
"We could have adopted this law in its entirety yesterday. But we only adopted it in the first reading. Unlike many EU countries, where similar laws are already in force!!! Why? Because there are still many people in the Rada who cannot vote for it. They walk around in camouflage, take pictures as great defenders and dream of "negotiating", wrote Kniazhytsky.
He expressed hope that in a week the law would be definitively voted on.
