Kirby: "Leaked" classified US documents may be fake
Secret Pentagon documents leaked online may be fake
This was stated by the Coordinator for Strategic Communications at the National Security Council in the White House John Kirby, journalist Simon Ateba reports on Twitter.
Kirby continued to emphasize that the "leaked" documents may contain incomplete information, or even be completely forged, because they do not reflect the latest American intelligence.
“Joe Biden takes efforts to safeguard U.S. secrets seriously,” the tweet says.
Kirby also adds that he does not know whether Teixeira acted alone: intense investigation is ongoing and he cannot say much.
