Kharkiv residents are returning en masse to their city - fighter of Kharkiv Territorial Defense

He spoke about this on the air of Espreso.TV.

"Everyone who wanted to leave Kharkiv has already left the city. It is difficult to say by numbers how many people left the city. Approximately half of Kharkiv residents left the city. It's been a month now and we're seeing the opposite situation. Many return to Kharkiv because they know how they can help. Kharkiv is starting to restore its functionality", Debely said.

Debely also noted that the majority of Kharkiv residents have already understood what Russia really is. According to him, every resident of Kharkiv now wants only the victory of Ukraine and the destruction of the invaders on our land.

"It is very pleasant that now Kharkiv people have understood what Russia is.  Kharkiv residents now want only one thing - the victory of Ukraine and the destruction of the invaders on our land. People en masse want to join the ranks of the Territorial Defense. There are even more people who want it than one can imagine", added Debely
