Kharkiv Regional Military Administration show what Kupyansky district looks like after deoccupation
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov visited the Kupyansky district and showed what the de-occupied territory looks like
Sinegubov published a photo report from Kupyansk in Telegram.
"Electricity has been restored in most parts of the city, pharmacies and shops have started working, bank services and Ukrposhta will soon be operational. Work is ongoing to restore gas supply. Special attention is paid to medical care: we are restoring damaged premises and providing necessary medicines so that people can receive emergency help," - writes Oleg Sinegubov, the head of the Kharkiv RMA.
The Adminstration also appealed to the residents of Kupyansk and urged them not to return home yet.
"Please do not rush to return to your native homes, one of the most difficult autumn-winter periods is ahead. Considering the proximity to the front line, demining processes and the state of critical infrastructure, recovery will not be as fast as we would like. But despite everything, we are preparing for winter as much as possible in all aspects," the appeal reads.
