It will be sad Christmas, but it might just be warmest and brightest

This could be the darkest and coldest Christmas in our history. Russia wants to steal it along with warmth and light, shaking it with aggression and anger. We will root for those who are in trenches at the front. We will be afraid for our relatives and will respond with curses in reply to every alarm and disconnection. We will be held and warmed by rage, and also... desire not to miss a crumb of holiday - because they should not even wait for it.

We will try to keep this warmth for our children - they are waiting. Someone will try to bring this warmth to the hospital - there are also someone's children, dads and moms. Others will share with those who can't wait for a knock on the door. We will try to transfer this handful of light "to the east", it is important there.

Somewhere, instead of a light bulb, a power bank will bring Christmas lights, if only for a little while, and somewhere only candles will provide warmth and light... but they will. We will huddle together to share Warmth and Light. No matter what.
