Denmark to allocate over €281 million to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense
As part of the 23rd aid package, Denmark has allocated 2.1 billion Danish kroner (over €281 million) to strengthen Ukraine's air defense and combat aviation

This was reported by the Danish Ministry of Defense.
The new aid package includes financial contributions to bolster Ukrainian air defense systems and the operational capacity of F-16 fighter jets.
“One of Ukraine's most urgent needs right now is the ability to protect itself from Russian airstrikes. That’s why we have prioritized increased support for air defense,” said Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
The Danish Ministry of Defense also reminded that Denmark, together with Sweden, will supply Ukraine with 40 CV90 infantry fighting vehicles.
- Additionally, the UK will provide Ukraine with a new $286 million defense aid package, including $85.5 million specifically for strengthening air defense systems.
