He shared his opinions with Espreso TV.
“Zelenskyy says that it is necessary to apply economic pressure on Russia, among other things. In particular, Trump's ambition is to make the United States the largest exporter of energy, gas, and oil. In this way, the U.S. can significantly influence pricing policy and collapse energy prices, which is what the entire Russian economy is based on,” Rybachuk emphasized.
Rybachuk added that there are reports from Washington that the United States will try to provide Ukraine with the maximum amount of weapons and prepare new orders before Trump's inauguration. This means a combination of military factors, including the provision of weapons to the Ukrainian army.
- Zelenskyy says Ukraine won’t renew the Russian gas transit deal, calling it a way to fund the war and urging Europe to avoid dependence on Russia.
