Invaders shell Rubizhne every 10 minutes, despite the agreement on the "silence regime" for evacuation - Gaidai

This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Sergiy Gaidai.

" "Silence regime": in the southern part of Rubizhne, explosions are heard every ten minutes. That's where we're trying to get people out of. The "humanitarian corridor" has been agreed upon, but the "silence regime" is not respected by Russians. The shelling of this area has been going on since the evening. Nevertheless, we are evacuating Rubizhe residents as long as there is such an opportunity. We are importing humanitarian, drinking and technical water. We are trying to repair communications. Public utilities also have to work under such fire", he emphasized.

Sergiy Gaidai noted that repair teams are repairing the gas transmission infrastructure damaged by Russian shelling. However, 36 settlements (about 116,900 people) do not have gas supply, 29 of them completely and 7 partially.

As a result of numerous breaks in networks and de-energization of pumping stations, there is no water supply in Rubizhne, Nyzhnye, Nyzhnye-1, Novotoshkivske and Popasna. Zolote, Lysychansk and Severodonetsk are partially without water.
