Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Reintegration Iryna Vereshchuk said that Russian invaders in the Kyiv region killed the captured headman of the village of Motyzhyn Olga Sukhenko
Vereshchuk reported this in Telegram.
According to her, on April 2, after the liberation of the territory of the Kyiv region from the invaders, it became known about the murder of the headman Motyzhyn Olga Sukhenko.
"Unfortunately, she was killed in captivity by Russian monsters. This is a war crime. The perpetrators will definitely be punished in accordance with international humanitarian law", Vereshchuk assured.
She added that as of April 3, 11 heads of local communities from Kyiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Mykolaiv and Donetsk regions are in captivity.
"We inform about them, as well as about other missing civilians, all possible organizations - the ICRC, the UN, etc., and demand from everyone to do everything possible to return our civilians, priests, city mayors, journalists and activists. We are fighting for them and we urge others to do so", Vereshchuk said.
