Every day the Russian Federation launches dozens of missiles in the cities of Ukraine. The sounds of sirens became more frequent in the Lviv region as well. Air raid alerts are heard several times a day in the region, but what are the invaders attacking the region with?

Yavoriv test site was attacked from the Caspian Sea

Yuri Ignat, a spokesman for the Air Force Command (by the way, from Lviv), told Espreso.Zakhid that the Russian Federation was attacking the Lviv region from the air with missiles of various types. Mostly Caliber and X-55.

"They are launched all over the country," says Yuri Ignat. "These missiles are cruise and can be of different bases. The invaders also have a lot of planes from which they strike. Yavoriv test site. For example, six planes take off and launch missiles in programmed directions. Missiles are inconspicuous, the invaders often use low-flying riverbeds.

They also attack with Iskander missiles. That is, launch the rocket very high, it makes an arc and at breakneck speed flies to the target. Their air force of the Ukrainian army has already learned to shoot down.

"Missiles can be shot down quickly, the main thing is to fix them," Yuri Ignat said.

The reconnaissance worked and we were able to save all the equipment from the impact

Yuri Ignat notes that mostly all missiles are visible to Air Force servicemen. However, this is a high-precision weapon that flies 800 kilometers per hour. If the rocket flies from the Black Sea, the location programmed for it is unclear, so the siren is activated from the Kherson region to the West.

"The Air Force is shooting down targets mainly with anti-aircraft missile systems," adds Yuri Ignat. "Stingers, Igla, British and American anti-aircraft missile systems are in service. conditions, you need to be in a favorable location. Of course, there is a chance that the missile will be neutralized on the road. However, the goal is difficult and inconspicuous, but it does not stop us, we shoot down. "

Yuriy Ignat spoke about the attack on the airport in Lviv. According to him, the scouts worked as hard as possible, warned about the target and brought all the equipment to safe places.

Therefore, the Air Force Command is asked not to neglect air alarms, because it is impossible to determine the purpose of the missile.
