Putin has issued a decree amending the previous one, in which he said that oil could be sold to friendly countries even within the ceiling

Putin is a proud tsar. Until you kick him...

Putin has issued a decree on the implementation of sanctions. But make no mistake. It was not the treacherous West that put pressure on one of the navels and poles of the bipolar world, but the Russian tsar himself ordered to obey and implement the sanctions. Because he wanted to. And if Putin wants something, nothing can stop him.

What are we talking about? Putin issued a decree amending the previous one, in which he said that oil could be sold to friendly countries within the ceiling. A ceiling that was set by unfriendly countries as part of sanctions on Russian oil.

That is, to sell oil to friendly countries, as the sanctions dictate, but to sell it to unfriendly countries at a high price. Which countries are unfriendly? These are the countries that imposed sanctions. These are the countries that have imposed an embargo on Russian oil. In other words, Putin has decided to sell oil at a high price to countries that do not buy oil. And cheaply to those who do.

“To sell oil to friendly countries, as the sanctions dictate, but to sell it to unfriendly countries at a high price. Which countries are unfriendly? These are the countries that imposed sanctions. And don't be confused. It is not the great Russia that has bent. No one will bring Russia to its knees. Putin personally just wanted to do it.

And so they stomped their feet. They shouted that they would never, ever comply with sanctions. And in general, your sanctions don't work. And now they wanted to work within the rules set by the damn Anglo-Saxons.

“Probably, they did not want to repeat the story with gas. When they went to Europe with a gas war and ended up with a bare a*s. And with exports of 50 billion cubic meters (total exports, including the Turks, Chinese, and others), which is a record since Brezhnev.”

Why? Because they wanted to.

Probably, they did not want to repeat the story with gas. When they went to Europe with a gas war and ended up with a bare a*s. And with exports of 50 billion cubic meters (total exports, including the Turks, Chinese, and others), which is a record since Brezhnev. Last year, when they were already screwing down the valve and blowing up their northern flows, exports were 100. And this year it is 50. And there were times when Russia signed a contract for the purchase of 52 billion cubic meters of gas from Ukraine alone. And now all exports are 50. Of course, in such circumstances, proud Putin begins to realize that it is better not to show off.

In general, yes, sanctions do not work. Not at all. And Putin has outplayed everyone again.
