First step after de-occupation of Luhansk region is to block Russian propaganda

Head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration spoke about this in the Media Center. 

"The first steps are to completely block information signals that have been coming from the Russian Federation for almost 8 years.It was 100% propaganda that brainwashed local residents," Serhiy Haidai said.

Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration believes that the next step will be a long period of work with local population, involvement of specialists from all over the country for reconstruction of the region.

"A project on assimilation is very necessary: to attract doctors, to motivate teachers so that they come from different regions of Ukraine. To establish units of National Guard, military, so that they come with their families, to give them housing. So that their children communicate with locals, so that they go together in kindergartens, in schools. That they simply come to understanding in communication. To simply remain this propaganda simply in the past. This is the most important thing," head of Luhansk region emphasized.

Haidai added that houses and infrastructure will be rebuilt without a doubt.
