Ukraine’s Main Directorate of Intelligence stated that a Russian subversive group was planning a terrorist attack in residential areas of the Belarusian city of Mozyr to draw Belarus into the war against Ukraine. The mercenaries from the Russian PMCs controlled by Prigozhin and Shoigu are set to carry out the operation, which will be portrayed as “retaliatory action” by Ukrainians. Mozyr, it should be noted, also has an oil refinery.
