On the night and morning of March 9, another 15th massive Russian attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure was launched. As of 8 am, restoration work is underway due to damage to the infrastructure.
"At the same time, the attack caused damage to energy infrastructure facilities. Therefore, restrictions will be applied in Zhytomyr, Kharkiv and Odesa regions," the company said.
Earlier, DTEK said that due to Russia's massive attack on Ukraine, emergency power outages would be introduced in a number of regions: "Due to the enemy's attack, emergency shutdowns are being applied.
