Civilians tortured by Russians are found in Sumy region, - head of military administration.   

Head of Sumy military administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi announced this on his Facebook page.

"District (Konotop - ed.) continues to recover from the invasion of orcs. At least three tortured Ukrainians have already been found in the places of former enemy camps. Peaceful residents," head of the region said.

Zhyvytskyi noted that the northern part of the region is still being cleared from orcs. In the rest of the territory, normal life is gradually returning.

"Villages and settlements, cities that have suffered the most from orcs - get everything they need first . Humanitarian aid, building materials, medicines," - adds head of military administration.

He also reminds people to be careful on the roads outside villages and cities. He also added it’s forbidden to visit  forests, as its still possible Russian military groups are staying there.
