After the announcement of Putin's arrest warrant, the Ukrainian authorities received signals that Russia may start returning Ukrainian children regularly
Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, informed about this during the national telethon.
"I cannot say many details in public. But I will say as a person who is directly involved in this: after the arrest warrant was issued (for Putin and Lvova-Belova - ed.), we received signals that may indicate that Russia will start returning Ukrainian children on a systematic basis," Lubinets said when asked whether the International Criminal Court's arrest warrant for Putin would facilitate the process of returning Ukrainian children.
