Xi needs call to Kyiv more than Zelenskyy

The spell of this phone conversation is somewhat reminiscent of a folk ritual.

Anyone who calls for spring is certainly a good person. And the one who does the "crooked dance" is definitely doing something.

(Crooked dance is a Ukrainian folk song accompanied by dances and round dances - ed.)

The difference is that folk rituals bring people joy and comfort.

And Xi's phone call to Volodymyr Zelenskyy at a "convenient time for the Chinese leader" (sic!) cannot basically bring anything, and, frankly, Xi needs it more than Ukraine.

It would be better if he called Putin and told him that the unfading friendship was over and that he should get out of Ukraine. That would have immediately created very appropriate and very favorable circumstances for the whole world. Immediately.
