"One of the dumbest things I've ever heard": what impressed Carlson most in Putin interview

According to Carlson, he was struck by the way Putin talked for about 8 minutes about "denazification" as the goal of the so-called “special operation” in Ukraine.

"I thought it was one of the dumbest things I'd ever heard. I didn't understand what it meant. Denazification?" the propagandist said.

Carlson added that he really did not like this part of the conversation with Putin, in which he "just tried to denigrate Ukraine." In his opinion, calling someone a "Nazi" is just a way of calling someone "evil".

"I'm merely saying there isn't a Nazi movement in 2024. It's a way of calling people evil. Okay, Putin doesn't like nationalist Ukrainians. Putin hates nationalism in general… But calling them (Ukrainians - ed.) Nazis, it's like, I thought it was childish," Carlson said.

He also noted that during his interview with Putin, he got the impression that the dictator really believed in what he was saying.
