'Clown Prince Dictator has brought Ukraine to brink of annihilation': foreign fakes for May 22
Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation has published a selection of anti-Ukrainian fakes and manipulations that appeared in the world media on May 22
This is reported by Espreso.TV.
According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, manipulation and disinformation stories appeared in the world on May 22.
Disinformation: The Chinese edition of the Global Times wrote: “That's their (NATO's - ed.) only idea: to let Ukrainians continue to die on their behalf in the Alliance's proxy war until it escalates into a full-scale direct conflict with Russia. This is a strategy for those who cannot think, with consequences that can only be dreamt up in a bad dream.”
"With these claims, the author is trying to discredit the support of Ukrainian allies and portray NATO as a factor in the escalation of Russia's war against Ukraine. In fact, it is Russia that demonstrates an unwillingness to stop its aggression, instead continuing to escalate the situation at the front," the Center for Countering Disinformation explained.
Manipulation: Irish journalist Chay Bowes wrote on his X page: "Five years after promising Ukrainians, he (Zelenskyy - ed.) would "End the War" and "Put an End Corruption." The Clown Prince Dictator has brought Ukraine to the brink of annihilation. Corruption is rampant, a generation lies dead, and Washington's stooge still believes in the "Final Victory”.
"With such statements, the journalist is trying to shift the responsibility for the destruction of Ukraine and the killing of Ukrainians from Russia to President Zelenskyy," the Center for Countering Disinformation said in a response to the report.
- Earlier, a fake was spread around the world that Moscow was allegedly forced to deny the West military access to Ukraine in order to survive.
