Ukrainians die for Biden: foreign media manipulations for January 31

According to the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation, on January 31, foreign media launched three major manipulations.

Manipulation: Referring to the US State Department's financial report, the Telegram channel Two Majors wrote: "Arms exports from the United States in 2023 set a new record. It reached 238 billion dollars... Ukrainians still believe that the United States is doing this for the sake of "freedom" and not in the interests of arms corporations. That is why they are dying for Biden with joy.”
