West closely monitors Russia's nuclear threats and increases its military presence - military expert Ryabykh

"Regarding Russia's rhetoric about the "dirty bomb" that is supposedly being developed in Ukraine, and Medvedev's (Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council - ed.) statements with nuclear threats, we see that the Kremlin is already running out of imagination. And this is happening amid information in the Western media, that the use of tactical nuclear weapons was seriously discussed in some military circles, moreover, some experts associate the US visit of British Defense Minister Ben Wallace with this issue. It should be noted that Western countries immediately reacted to the nuclear threats of the Russian Federation and deployed two aircraft carrier groups in the Mediterranean and the North Atlantic. Also, the day before, an Ohio-type nuclear submarine, which is also a carrier of nuclear weapons, entered the Gibraltar base of the Great Britain fleet," the military expert noted.

Valery Ryabykh noted that Western countries closely monitor such threats and therefore increase their efforts to prevent the Kremlin from further developing its excited fantasy.
