Russia attacks medical facility in Sumy region twice, injuring two people
On September 19, the invading Russian army shelled a medical facility in Seredyna-Buda, Shostka district, Sumy region, injuring two civilians

The press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sumy region reports.
"According to the investigation, on September 19 at about 11:00 a.m., using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, the enemy fired at a medical facility in Seredyna-Buda, Shostka district, which resulted in a fire in the outbuilding. While local residents were helping medics extinguish the fire, the invaders attacked the area with a drone," the statement says.
The Prosecutor's Office noted that a 51-year-old and a 34-year-old civilian man were wounded as a result of the repeated shelling.
Proceedings have been opened on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
- In the evening of September 18, the Russian aggressor shelled the critical infrastructure of the Sumy region.
