"Volunteer Youth Squad" formation announced in temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region
Russian troops have announced the formation of a "Volunteer Youth Squad" in the temporarily occupied Zaporizhzhia region
This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
"The enemy announced the formation of a "Volunteer Youth Squad" within the pseudo-public movement "YugMolodoy" on the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporizhzhia region," the Center writes.
Russian forces announced that the young "vigilantes" should provide assistance in protecting public order, and engage with the occupation police and the Russian army.
On the temporarily occupied territory, as in the USSR practice, such organizations establish “voluntary-compulsory” membership. The "Volunteer Youth Squad" is designed not only to attract Ukrainian children to Russian propaganda centers, but also to share responsibility for "service."
"In fact, this is a militaristic youth group within the framework of the policy of brainwashing children," the Center emphasizes.
Earlier, on March 10, Russian occupation administration in the occupied districts of Zaporizhzhia region began to form "people's law enforcement units" in preparation for mobilization to the Russian army.
