This was stated in an interview with the Russian news agency TASS by the US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland, according to Yevropeiska Pravda.
"The Ukrainian side proposed a ten-point plan to achieve peace. Russia has not reacted to this plan. If peace talks were to begin on the basis of the formula for a just peace proposed by the Ukrainians, of course, we would support it," she said.
She emphasized: "If Russia stops fighting, the war will end, if Ukraine stops fighting, Ukraine will end."

Today, Victoria Nuland also said that the United States continues to discuss the issue of transferring fourth- and fifth-generation combat aircraft to Ukraine, noting the interest of several European countries.
