US, France, Israel could supply anti-missile SAMs to Ukraine - General Romanenko
Ukraine should work with its allies to have surface-to-air missile systems (SAMs) with anti-missile capabilities to counter ballistic projectiles

Former Deputy Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff, Lieutenant General Ihor Romanenko, said this on Espreso TV.
“We have no effective means in the fight against ballistic missiles, so it is necessary to work with allies to obtain supplies of anti-aircraft missile systems with anti-missile capabilities. The US Patriot systems of the latest modification could help. The French Mamba complex is also capable of destroying ballistic missiles. Also the Israeli Barak-8 and David's Sling SAM systems would be helpful. The first one has an operational range of 70-100 km, depending on the modification, but with the possibility of hitting tactical missiles,” he said.
