Russia attacks Poltava region with Kh-22 missiles: child is wounded in Kremenchuk district, private houses are hit

Earlier, Yuriy Ihnat, a spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, commented on the Russian missile attack on the Poltava region during a telethon.
Russian troops attacked Kremenchuk with an Kh-22 missile.
"A year ago, Kremenchuk was targeted by the same missile-type that struck the city once again today. A year later they strike again with the same missile and again in the direction of Kremenchuk," said the military.
Ihnat emphasized that the Tu-22m3 bombers took off from a Russian airfield. They are the carriers of Kh-22 missiles.
Ukrainian military spotted at least two planes in Russian airspace and at least two missiles were recorded during the attack.
The head of the Poltava regional military administration, Dmytro Lunin, wrote that a cottage cooperative in Kremenchuk district was hit.
"Preliminary, no casualties. No hits to critical infrastructure were recorded," the head of the region wrote.
During the air raid alert in the Poltava region, local media reported the sounds of explosions in the city of Kremenchuk.
At the same time, the head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Dmytro Lunin, warned of a missile threat and urged residents to take shelter.
