Ukrainian Armed Forces' offensives in Kherson, Kharkiv regions are different - military expert
Ukraine's Armed Forces are advancing faster in Kharkiv region than in Kherson region.
This was stated by military analyst Vyacheslav Tseluiko on Espreso TV.
"The campaign in the south is developing rather slowly. Ukraine's Armed Forces are crushing the Russian army. This campaign began earlier than in the Kharkiv region. This could lead to the fact that Russian strategic reserves were transferred there and then, when it was possible to draw the enemy back, Ukraine's Armed Forces began their offensive in the Kharkiv region," he said.
Tseluiko noted that the Russians' situation in the Kherson region is quite difficult.
"They are cut off from support, so it is very convenient to grind them down. Perhaps this tactic was chosen in this direction. In the Kharkiv region, we see more rapid offensive campaigns. Invading Russian forces are surrounded, they are forced to leave fortified positions, because they are cut off from supplies. They drop equipment, weapons, and a huge pile of ammunition. The campaigns in the Kherson and Kharkiv regions are somewhat different," the analyst concluded.
