Ukrainian Armed Forces are best moderator of changes in Russian occupying forces' plans - spokesman for Eastern Group of Forces Cherevaty

"We are ready to surprise the enemy in different directions, whether it will be Luhansk region, Donetsk region, or other directions, let the enemy find out at the last moment, as it was in Kharkiv region. According to our observations, the enemy, after fleeing from Kharkiv region, is trying to regroup, some of the units  , which have retained combat capability, be transferred to the Luhansk and Donetsk directions. The morale of these troops is not the best, but they are trying to build defenses," commented the spokesman of the Eastern Group of Forces.

Serhiy Cherevaty noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are the best moderators of changes that force the enemy to replay their plans almost every week.  Given the operational situation at the front, the combat capabilities and mood of the Russian troops have also changed significantly compared to the beginning of summer.

"Now the enemy's combat efforts are directed at Donetsk region, so far the Bakhmut, Avdiiv, Kramatorsk, Slavyansk directions, which the enemy is pouring fire on, remain traditionally tense. They are shelling civilian infrastructure, not only military positions, they are also operating in Kharkiv region in the same way. That is  wherever the enemy's artillery cannot reach, rocket strikes are launched," Cherevaty noted.

The spokesperson of the Eastern Group of Forces assured: "Today we have the initiative and we are dictating our will to the enemy. Our staff are working, the weak points of the enemy are being determined, and as soon as the slightest opportunity appears, I assure you that the Armed Forces will strike where it will be most necessary  at that time."
