Ukraine's Foreign Intelligence ex-chief tells how to overcome corruption in military sphere
Ukraine needs qualified personnel, economic and technological prerequisites to fight corruption and develop the military-industrial complex
This was stated by Mykola Malomuzh, former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, on Espreso TV.
"In addition to the law, I would draw attention to a systemic change of personnel in the military, defense, security, and law enforcement areas. We do not need 12 anti-corruption organizations. First of all, we need to create economic, technological, and electronic prerequisites to prevent corruption schemes from being created. On the other hand, we need to appoint professional staff, including an anti-crisis manager, who work for the war," he emphasized.
Mykola Malomuzh believes that under such conditions, Ukraine will be producing powerful missiles, drones, and Oplot tanks in a year and a half. He noted that this should be done now.
