What should Ukraine's Victory Plan look like?

1. A strong professional patriotic team of like-minded people who share a common vision of Ukraine's future. When Ukrainian reformers and entrepreneurs in the economy, military industry, education, science, and IT are known around the world, no less than the feats of commanders, brigadiers, combatants, and soldiers on the battlefield. Ukrainian courts, law enforcement, public administration, and the Ukrainian army are among the world's top performers.

2. A clear phased program for the development and existence of the state in wartime, which logically and smoothly transitions into postwar restructuring. Not from scratch, but the newly created wartime capacities become the backbone of the new economy of Ukraine's revival. And these are not the five points of a taxi driver's list, but volumes of documents with thousands of points, each of which is carefully weighed and controlled.

"3. The Victory Plan has no right for a mistake, because the price is hundreds and thousands, or even hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian lives, the future of the entire nation."

4. The Victory Plan should be based on the available resources of the state and a program of actions, which can attract additional resources from outside. Position: "Give us something!" - is an a priori losing position, because even if someone gives something, it will always be not enough.

5. The Victory Plan means corrupt officials in prison and fools in retraining courses with subsequent employment at new factories that need professional workers. If corruption and unprofessionalism destroy entire industries and cause chaos in the entire state system of governance, no amount of money or the West will ever be able to help us.

6. And, most importantly, politicians do not interfere in military affairs! The army is led by those who know how and can!

The only function of the political authorities is to provide the army with everything it needs to win. Not with promises and statements, but with real supplies, so that beautiful words about the priority of a soldier's life can finally become real deeds.

The function of a leader is, first and foremost, to be an effective manager who delegates authority and monitors its implementation. The status quo can only lead to defeat. And then there will be no time for ratings…
