Tkachenko states need for criminal liability of Russian propagandists

This was stated by the Minister of Culture and Information Policy Oleksandr Tkachenko on the air of the United News TV marathon.

He claims Ukraine is winning the information war after the beginning of a full-scale invasion:

"The most important achievement is that we have actually not only put up an information shield against Russian propaganda, but we are winning the information war."

Oleksandr Tkachenko noted that the work on the information front should continue next year:

"We plan to expand counteraction to Russian disinformation on the Internet. We would like to cooperate with high-tech companies, we are also talking about the need to introduce criminal liability against Russian propagandists. And we want to raise the level of the fight against Russian disinformation so that it goes beyond Europe, America, for the whole world," Oleksandr Tkachenko stressed.
