This is barbarism - US State Department comments on video of unarmed Ukrainian prisoner's execution
Commenting on the footage of the shooting of a Ukrainian soldier after the words "Glory to Ukraine", US State Department spokesman Ned Price called such actions barbaric
According to Voice of America, he said this during a briefing on Tuesday, March 7, answering questions from journalists.
"Of course, we know about this horrific video, there are no other words for it. The painful image of this unarmed Ukrainian being executed after the simple phrase 'Glory to Ukraine'. It is simply shocking, it is barbarism. We believe that Russia should be ashamed of itself," said Ned Price.
