Symbolism of Biden's visit is more important than 700 tanks

But I think this visit opens a much deeper wound. Biden, who in Russian mass consciousness is an "old man with dementia," showed the entire Russian people by his arrival that no one else in the world is afraid of them. He won't be able to make some threats, even say something about “Kuzka’s mother” in the way Khrushchev (whom he hates) did.

And this symbolic part of Biden's visit is no less important for our war than the promised 700 tanks.
