Severodonetsk: no heating, no Internet
There is still no heating in Severodonetsk, but residents receive utility bills; children are forced to go to school once a week since there is no Internet network for online lessons
This was reported by the Luhansk Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
Severodonetsk has no heating, but residents still receive utility bills with inflated consumption volumes.
"Residents of Severodonetsk receive utility bills, regardless of whether they live in the city or not. In the beginning of winter, Russian occupation authorities promised not to charge for gas and electricity (if there is any). However, in February, people were charged with consumption volumes," the message says.
Children are forced to go to school once a week to receive their assignments on paper: there is no Internet connection in the city, so online learning is impossible.
"Children come to school once a week, receive their task on paper, complete it at home and return it to teachers to check. Students solve math problems at home. They have a few minutes a week for any teacher explanation," it was added.
