Russians create civil administration in Kherson region, but they cannot find employees

"Russians created "administration of Kherson region" instead of "military-civilian" one on the temporarily occupied left bank of Kherson region. The Kremlin needs the creation of a "civilian" administration in order to create an illusion of return to the peaceful life that the Russian Federation carried during "Ukrainian aggression". At the same time, in the region "martial law" is still in effect, which was introduced by Russian leader, Vladimir Putin, to intensify repression in the region," Center writes.

Russians cannot find personnel to work in their occupation administration. In fact, "administration" continues to work in the previous mode.

• On January 29, Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff said that Russian occupying forces had taken all medical equipment from Kakhovka and Nova Kakhovka hospitals to Novotroitske, Kherson region, and are closing medical facilities.
