Russian Foreign Ministry says negotiations with United States on Ukraine are now impossible
Russia and the United States have radically opposite positions on Ukraine, so there can be no negotiations with Washington on this issue
This was stated by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov.
"Avout Ukraine, there is simply nothing to talk about with them. If there is a Ukrainian topic in one context or another, it is all in the genre of the mutual direction of signals, and there can be no dialogue and some negotiations. We have radically opposite positions," he explained.

Also, the Kremlin spokesman admitted Russia's involvement in terrorism, saying that the shelling of critical infrastructure in Ukraine is "the consequence of refusing to negotiate with Russia."

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, is also sure that Russia is not yet ready for peace in Ukraine.
