U.S. envoy Keith Kellogg arrives in Kyiv for talks
Ivan Fedorov, the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported this.
Fedorov said Russian forces targeted a car with two civilian men traveling in the Vasylivka district. Both the driver and passenger were wounded in the attack and were hospitalized.
Fedorov also reported that on November 27, the Russians used an FPV drone to strike a car carrying bread in Zaporizhzhia.
"The enemy targeted a car delivering bread to frontline villages. The driver was injured. Russia continues to cynically target residents of these areas," Fedorov said.
According to Fedorov, the driver of the bread delivery vehicle suffered head injuries.
