Russian forces terrorize captured settlements in Luhansk region

"Russian troops continue to block the seized settlements of the region and conduct house-to-house searches, after which people disappear," the administration notes.

The administration emphasizes that the FSB terrorizes the local population of the Luhansk region. "Its agents choose a settlement for conducting the so-called counter-sabotage operation, and block exit routes with the help of militants of the pseudo-republic."

Having blocked exit routes, Russian forces search through apartments and houses, their task is to find at least something suspicious.

"If they “find” the things they are looking for, the person is detained without the possibility of even contacting a lawyer. At best, people return home after 2 months of "educational work".

Earlier, the Luhansk Regional Military Administration reported that the number of injured Russian servicemen in the Luhansk region has significantly increased, medical institutions do not have enough necessary things to provide assistance.
