“Accordingly, the enemy is trying to use its reconnaissance UAVs to hit ground targets by dropping cluster munitions. It is possible that the enemy's targets may be civilian ones,” Pavliuk noted.
According to him, “the Ukrainian Defense Forces are monitoring this situation and are taking the necessary measures to maximally protect our skies from enemy UAVs.”
