Russian forces hit critical infrastructure in Western Ukraine

On Monday, October 31, Russian occupiers launched a missile attack on the Chernivtsi region for the first time, causing damage to critical infrastructure
Ruslan Zaparniuk, the head of the Chernivtsi regional military administration, announced this on his Facebook page.
"In the Chernivtsi region, there is damage to critical infrastructure as a result of the rocket attack," Zaparanyuk wrote.
The head of the Regional administration also urged not to photograph the places of explosions and wait until the official information appears.
Earlier all Russian missiles over Bukovyna were shot down by air defense. This is the first hit.
