This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration Serhiy Haidai.
He said that civilians in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region do not have access to healthcare: hospitals have become military hospitals for the Russian troops, in addition, Russians have set up their own barracks there.
"To prevent people from communicating information "outside", the Rushists continue to block towns, communication and the Internet are also not available in settlements close to the front line. In order to contact relatives, they have to go deeper into the region," said the official.
