Russian authorities target migrants to find recruits for occupation army – ISW
The Russian authorities continue to conscript migrants who have recently received Russian citizenship. Law enforcement officials are organizing raids and handing out summonses at markets
This was reported by the Institute for the Study of War (ISW).
Thus, the Russian authorities detained 21 migrants with Russian citizenship in the Krasnoyarsk Krai who had not registered with military commissariats, and issued draft notices to 18 of them.
According to ISW analysts, from August 21 to August 31, Russian security forces raided retail outlets in the Nizhny Novgorod region. There, they issued military summonses to nearly 50 migrants who had recently received Russian passports.

Earlier, a representative of Ukraine's Intelligence, Andriy Yusov, said that a full-fledged mobilization campaign is underway in Russia. Every month, they recruit about 20,000 people to fight in Ukraine.
