Russia unable to achieve even 1/3 of pre-war missile capacity by fall - Air Force spokesman Ihnat
Ukrainian Air Force Command spokesman Yuriy Ihnat has said that Russia won't be able to restore even a third of the missile capability it had by the fall
He said this during a telethon.
“Russia will use any means to strengthen its potential. In the fall and winter, Russia launched a large number of missiles. It won't be able to accumulate even a third of that in the remaining period until the fall,” Ihnat said.
He explained that their production is quite time-consuming and difficult to carry out under sanctions pressure.
“The enemy will try to get additional systems from other countries. They have been talking about this for six months now, and we know which countries wanted to join in. They will manage to accumulate something, but it is unlikely that they will be able to have the potential they have been accumulating for decades,” the spokesman added.
Ihnat also explained that Russia has stopped launching balloons towards Ukraine because there are currently no suitable weather conditions for this.
